Text

1.  Any owner or operator of pipelines transporting hazardous liquids, as defined in the federal Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Safety Act of 1979, 49 U.S.C. 2001, et seq., shall submit periodic reports to the department of natural resources as required by the director of the department of natural resources under this section. 2.  The director may require any owner or operator, as specified in subsection 1 of this section, to periodically report any of the following information:

(1)The business name, address, and telephone number, including an operations emergency telephone number, of the operator;
(2)An accurate map or maps, along with any appropriate supplementary geographic description, showing the location of pipeline facilities of such operator in the state;
