Text

1.The conduct of or playing of any games on any licensed excursion gambling boat does not constitute gambling or gambling activities and the power of the division of liquor control to prohibit the licensing of any premises on which gambling or gambling activities are conducted or played, or to prohibit the consumption or sale of beer or alcoholic beverage on any premises, shall not apply where the premises is duly licensed by the commission.  Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 311 , the commission shall be the sole liquor licensing authority for liquor service aboard any excursion gambling boat and any facility neighboring an excursion gambling boat which is owned and operated by an excursion gambling boat licensee.  The division of liquor control may issue a microbrewer's license
