Text
1.Notwithstanding any other provisions of law to the contrary, all net proceeds derived from the state taxes contained in this chapter relating to bingo shall be deposited in the "Bingo Proceeds for Education Fund", which is hereby created in the state treasury. Moneys in this fund shall be considered state funds pursuant to Article IV, Section 15 of the Missouri Constitution. All interest received on bingo proceeds for education fund shall be credited to the bingo proceeds for education fund. Appropriations of the moneys deposited in the bingo proceeds for education fund shall be pursuant to state law.
