Text

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 313.800 , any person or business entity who has filed for an excursion gambling license with the Missouri gaming commission prior to May 10, 1994, shall be allowed to create an artificial space up to two thousand feet from the closest edge of the main channel of the river as established by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
