Text

1.Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, participation by a person, firm, corporation or organization in any aspect of the state lottery in accordance with sections 313.200 to 313.350 shall not be construed to be a lottery or gift enterprise in violation of Article III, Section 39 of the Constitution of Missouri.
2.The sale of lottery tickets or shares in accordance with sections 313.200 to 313.350 shall not constitute a valid reason to refuse to issue or renew or to revoke or suspend any license or permit issued under the provisions of chapter 311 .
