Text

Veterans' organizations may conduct the game of bingo on a daily basis, for patients only, in federally designated veterans' hospitals.  Such bingo games shall be exempt from the frequency provisions of subdivision * (7) of section 313.040 .  All net receipts over and above the actual cost of conducting the game as set by law shall be given to the hospital where the bingo game is conducted.
