Text

The owner, agent or operator of any coal mine shall provide that bore holes shall be kept twenty feet in advance of the face of each and every working place, and, if necessary, on both sides, when driving toward an abandoned mine and part of a mine suspected to contain inflammable gases or to be inundated with water.
