Text
No stockholder or member of associations organized under the provisions of this chapter shall ever be individually liable by reason thereof, in any amount over or above the value of the share, or shares, owned by him, and having once paid, as in this chapter provided, for said shares, his liability with reference thereto, by reason of being or having been a member or stockholder of such association, shall in law and equity be deemed fully discharged.
