Text

1.  Each of the inspection supervisors shall provide general supervision of the inspection program under the provisions of sections 265.300 to 265.470 and shall make assignments of inspectors to inspect commercial plants within a geographical territory assigned to his general supervision by the head of the meats section. 2.  The inspectors shall inspect:

(1)All livestock and poultry slaughtered for human consumption;
(2)All meat and meat products processed for human consumption;
(3)The sanitary conditions at all commercial plants in this state which slaughter, store, or process livestock, poultry, meat or meat products for human consumption.
