Text

The director may appoint employees and agents to assist in carrying out the provisions of this chapter, and may fix their compensation.  The director may require any such employee or agent and any inspector licensed under this chapter to execute and file with him a good and sufficient bond, payable to the state, in such sum, not exceeding one thousand dollars and with such sureties, as he may prescribe, conditioned upon the faithful performance of such employee, agent or licensed inspector of his duties as such employee, agent, or licensed inspector.  Any person injured by the failure of such employee, agent or licensed inspector faithfully to perform such duties shall be entitled to sue on such bond in his own name in any court of competent jurisdiction for the recovery of such damages as
