Text

There is hereby created in the state treasury the "Boll Weevil Suppression and Eradication Fund".  Moneys in the fund shall be used exclusively for the administration of the program enumerated in sections 263.500 to 263.537 .  The director of the department may retain a sum not to exceed one percent of the balance of the fund established pursuant to section 263.527 * per annum to cover actual administrative costs incurred in the administration of sections 263.500 to 263.537 .  Such amounts shall be transferred from the director to the director of revenue for deposit in the boll weevil suppression and eradication fund.  All money credited to the fund created pursuant to this section shall be appropriated by the general assembly for the use and benefit of the department and specified in the
