Text
1.Any owner or operator of a site proposed for listing in the registry, or listed in the registry pursuant to section 260.440 , may petition the director for deletion of such site, modification of the site classification or modification of any information regarding such site. No site shall be listed on the registry until after the resolution of any appeal initiated under this section.
2.Within ninety days after the submittal of such petition, the commission may convene a hearing to review the action of the director. No less than thirty days prior to the hearing, the commission shall cause a notice of hearing to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the site is located. The commission shall also notify in writing any owner or operator of the site
