Text

1.Any person or entity that applies for a grant under section 260.335 shall not be disqualified from receiving such grant on the basis that there exists a familial relationship between the applicant and any member of the solid waste management district executive board within the fourth degree by consanguinity or affinity.  For applicants with a familial relationship with any member of the solid waste management district executive board within the fourth degree by consanguinity or affinity, the solid waste management district executive board shall only approve such grant application if approved by a vote of two-thirds of the solid waste management district executive board.
