Text
No person shall place in excess of one half of a cubic foot of solid waste, as defined in section 260.200 , in any receptacle owned or used by any other person for the storage of solid waste prior to pickup and disposal in a solid waste disposal area or sanitary landfill without the permission of the owner or user of such receptacle or unless the receptacle is for public use. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of an infraction.
