Text
The provisions of sections 260.005 to 260.125 shall prevail in the case of any conflict between sections 260.005 to 260.125 and any other provision of law, but any powers, duties and functions granted under the provisions of sections 260.005 to 260.125 shall be deemed to be in addition to and not in derogation of any power, duty or function granted under the provisions of any other law.
