Text

1.If federal law establishes a national program for the collection and recycling of equipment and the department determines that the federal law substantially meets the purposes of sections 260.1050 to 260.1101 , the department may adopt an agency statement that interprets the federal law as preemptive of sections 260.1050 to 260.1101 . * 2.  Sections 260.1050 to 260.1101 shall expire on the date the department issues a statement under this section.
