Text
1. The collection, recycling, and reuse provisions of sections 260.1050 to 260.1101 apply to equipment used and returned to the manufacturer by a consumer in this state and do not impose any obligation on an owner or operator of a solid waste facility. 2. Sections 260.1050 to 260.1101 do not apply to:
(1)Any computer material that is an electronic device that is a part of a motor vehicle or any part of a motor vehicle assembled by, or for, a vehicle manufacturer or franchised dealer, including replacement parts for use in a motor vehicle;
(2)Any electronic device that is functionally or physically a part of, connected to or integrated within a larger piece of equipment designed and intended for use in an industrial, governmental, commercial, research and development, or medical se
