Text

1.If the court finds the petition worthy it shall appoint a surveyor to determine the boundaries of the river basin and such other related boundaries that the court deems necessary for the proper establishment of the proposed district as provided in this chapter.  The surveyor so appointed shall make a report in writing, accompanied by a map of the proposed district upon which the required boundaries shall be clearly delineated.  The report and map shall be filed with the clerk of the court and shall thereafter be taken and considered as a part of the original petition on file in the case.
2.Immediately after the filing of the surveyor's report and map, the clerk of the court shall cause notice by publication to be made of the pendency of the petition and of the time and place of the
