Text

1.There is hereby established a public corporation to be known as the "Southeast Missouri Regional Water District".  The district may include all or part of the following counties:  Scott, Mississippi, Stoddard, Butler, New Madrid, Pemiscot and Dunklin.
2.The southeast Missouri regional water district shall be governed by a commission comprised of one person from each county in the district.
