Text

Such maps shall be open to examination by all interested persons, but such examination shall be in the presence of the state geologist or a designated representative.  No copies shall be made without the consent of the mine operator or landowner unless the mine has been closed or abandoned for five years or longer.  No information about mineral occurrence or possible occurrence shall be made available at any time without the consent of the owner.
