Text
The regional planning commissions shall include the state representatives and state senators of their region who shall serve without pay but who shall be reimbursed for their necessary and actual expenses incurred from the senate or house contingent fund and shall be invited to all meetings in writing by the regional planning commission where the meetings involve the discussion of the expenditure of state funds.
