Text

The boundaries of the proposed sewage or storm water facility improvement district shall be described by metes and bounds, streets or other sufficiently specific description.  The area of the sewage or storm water facility improvement district finally determined by the governing body of the city or county to be assessed may be less than, but shall not exceed, the total area comprising such district.
