Text

Sewerage services furnished by a sewer district created under the provisions of sections 249.760 to 249.810 shall be deemed to be furnished to both the occupant and owner of the premises receiving the services and the sewer district rendering the services shall have power to sue the occupant or owner, or both, of the real estate in a civil action to recover any sums due for the services, plus a reasonable attorney fee to be fixed by the court.
