Text

Whenever a sewer district, in any county of the first class not having a charter form of government, shall embrace within its corporate limits any territory situated in any city, town or village, and shall have issued bonds payable from taxes or from revenue, the county commission of the county within which such district is situated shall retain, as to the area in such district, all of the powers and authority conferred by chapters 249 and 250 for such period of time as such bonds remain outstanding.
