Text

1.In the event that any trustee elected or appointed under the provisions of sections 249.010 to 249.420 shall fail to qualify as such trustee or fail to take and subscribe his oath or affirmation of office within fifteen days after his election or appointment, then the office of said trustee shall be considered vacant and the vacancy filled as provided in section 249.180 .
2.Each trustee elected under the provisions of sections 249.010 to 249.420 shall be compensated by warrant drawn upon the treasurer of the sewer district corporation in the sum of twenty-five dollars per month for each month that he shall serve after his election and during the period of the construction of sewers.  After sewers have been constructed in accordance with original plan and during any period of more th
