Text
The circuit court shall thereafter for all purposes of sections 247.230 to 247.670 , except as herein otherwise provided, maintain and have original and exclusive jurisdiction over all matters connected with or affected by said district. No judge of the circuit court wherein such petition is filed shall be disqualified to perform any duty imposed by said sections by reason of ownership of property within the proposed district.
