Text
Within thirty days after appointment or election of the board, or on the date of the first regular meeting after appointment or election of the board, whichever is earlier, the board shall meet and organize, selecting one of its number president and one vice president. It shall also select a clerk and a treasurer, neither of whom shall be members of the board. The president and vice president shall serve for one year and until their successors are selected and qualified.
