Text

In all places where a state highway has been located which crosses any levee constructed pursuant to chapter 245 and which is in use as a state highway before the levee is built, approaches shall be built for a roadway on each side of the levee to accommodate travel by the levee district.  The roadway shall be reconstructed and repaved by the state highway department.
