Text
It shall be the duty of the board to levy a maintenance tax each year sufficient to pay such tax anticipation warrants and interest thereon, and an additional ten percent for emergencies and delinquent collections, in addition to the regular maintenance tax. All such levies shall be extended and collected as by law provided for the levy and collection of maintenance taxes.
