Text
1.Any owner of real estate or other property in said proposed district objecting to the organization and incorporation of said drainage district, who did not sign the petition, shall, on or before the first day of the term of court at which the cause is to be heard, file his objection or objections to the organization and incorporation of any consolidated drainage district.
2.Such objection or objections shall be limited to a denial of the statements in the petition, and shall be heard by the court in a summary manner, without unnecessary delay, and if the petition is signed by the owners of a majority of the acreage of land in the proposed consolidated district, then it will be the duty of the court to grant the prayer of the petition and organize and incorporate the district as in t
