Text

The county commission shall have the right to condemn for the use of a district organized under the provisions of this chapter any necessary land or other property not acquired or condemned by the county commission on the report of the viewers, following also the procedure that is now provided by law for the appropriation of land or other property taken for telegraph, telephone and railroad rights-of-way.
