Text
No dissolution of such road district shall invalidate or affect any right accruing to such road district or to any person, or invalidate or affect any contract entered into or imposed on such road district; provided further, that nothing in sections 233.320 to 233.445 shall be construed to in any way interfere with the organization of special road districts now organized or being organized under the laws repealed by sections 233.320 to 233.445 .
