Text

The county clerk of any county in which said special road district may be organized shall, within five days after the adoption of the provisions of sections 233.010 to 233.165 by the voters of any such special road district, notify the mayor and members of the city council of any city within such special road district and the commissioners of the county commission of such fact, and call them to meet in the commission meeting room at a specified time within five days from such notice, for the purpose of appointing special road district commissioners as above provided.
