Text

1.If any district has adopted the provisions of sections 233.010 to 233.165 , the question may be resubmitted after the expiration of four years upon the petition of fifty voters of that district at an election.
2.The question shall be submitted in substantially the following form: Shall the special road district be dissolved?
3.If a majority of the votes cast are in favor of the dissolution, the district shall be disincorporated and the operation of the law shall cease in that district.  In all other respects the election, and the results thereof, are governed by sections 233.010 to 233.165 .

In action against county by contractor for balance due, on theory of unjust enrichment, no recovery could be had in absence of showing that taxes levied and collected on property in district were not used on roads in such district.
