Text
One-fourth of all the pool or billiard table licenses collected by any city within any such special road district shall be set apart as collected by the city council for the improvement of the roads by the board of commissioners of such district, and the council shall, on demand of the board of commissioners, draw warrants upon the city treasurer, payable to the treasurer of said board, for the full amount of one-fourth of such licenses, or the board may issue its orders on the council from time to time, which shall be honored by the council drawing warrants upon the city treasurer for such amounts as may be required, to the full amount of one-fourth of all such licenses collected.
