Text
1.The limitations on amounts which may be expended upon roads and streets within the corporate limits of any city, as provided in sections 233.095 and 233.100 , shall be inapplicable in a county of the first class not having a charter form of government or of the second class which contains all or part of a city having a population of three hundred fifty thousand or more.
2.In such a county, the revenue set aside and credited to a road district may, with the consent of a city, town or village located within the district, be expended within such incorporated city, town or village.
