Mo. Rev. Stat. § 229.370 (2026).
Text
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of sections 229.300 to 229.370 or failing to comply therewith shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. The provisions of sections 229.300 to 229.370 shall apply only to counties of class one, and any and all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
