Text
Any person violating the provisions of sections 229.230 to 229.290 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars and not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than five days and not more than sixty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
