Text
No part of the funds of the commission shall inure to the benefit of or be distributable to its members or officers or other private persons except that the commission shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation, other than to the members of the commission, for services rendered and to make loans as previously specified in furtherance of its purpose, provided that no such loans shall be made to any member of the commission.
