Text
Any bonds issued under and pursuant to sections 206.122 to 206.128 shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness of the state of Missouri, or of any city or of the board of directors, or of the individual members of the board of directors and shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory limitation upon the incurring of indebtedness.
