Text

Any public sanitary sewer district or reorganized sewer district organized and operated under this chapter or chapter 249 and any metropolitan sewer district organized under the constitution of this state, may enter into a cooperative agreement with a city or county for the purpose of constructing sanitary sewer system improvements under the provisions of the neighborhood improvement district act, sections 67.453 to 67.475 .  Any such cooperative agreement, if approved by the governing bodies of the district and city or county, may include provisions for joint administration of projects for the issuance of temporary notes and general obligation bonds by district, city, or county, separately or jointly, and for the payment of such bonds by any source of funds or user fees in addition to fun
