Text
Any user fees or charges, connection fees, or other charges levied by the reorganized common sewer district to fund its general or special operations, maintenance, or payment of bonded indebtedness or other indebtedness shall be due at such time or times as specified by the reorganized common sewer district, and shall, if not paid by the due date, become delinquent and shall bear interest from the date of delinquency until paid. In addition to and consistent with any other provision of applicable law, if such fees or charges or other amounts due become delinquent, there shall be a lien upon the land, and a notice of delinquency shall be filed with the recorder of deeds in the county where the land is situated.
