Text
All reports or documents collected by the department, or findings and decisions made by the department, under the provisions of sections 197.400 to 197.475 , unless declared to be a confidential record under any other provision of law, shall be available to public inspection upon written request. The material requested shall be made available within thirty days after receipt of the request. The department may charge a reasonable fee for the copying of any material.
