Text
1.Upon receipt of an application for a license, the department of health and senior services shall issue a license if the applicant and hospital facilities meet the requirements established under this law. A license, unless sooner suspended or revoked, shall be renewable annually upon receipt of an application for a license and the license fee from the licensee and approval by the department of health and senior services.
2.Each license shall be issued only for the premises and persons or governmental units named in the application, and shall not be transferable or assignable except with the written approval of the department of health and senior services. Licenses shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
