Text
1.There is hereby created the "Home Health Services Advisory Council", which shall guide, advise and make recommendations to the department relating to the rules and standards adopted and the implementation and administration of sections 197.400 to 197.475 .
2.Members of the council shall be residents of this state. The council shall consist of members who shall serve for a term of three years. No member may serve more than two successive full terms. One member of the council shall be a representative of the department, and such member shall serve as chairman of the council.
