It shall be the duty of every person, firm, company, copartnership, or corporation to whom sections 196.851 to 196.895 apply, at the request of the director of the department of health and senior services or his agents, to furnish such samples of manufactured products defined in section 196.856 , as said director may require for purpose of analysis.
