Text

Nothing in sections 196.010 to 196.120 shall be construed as requiring the department of health and senior services to report for the institution of proceedings under sections 196.010 to 196.120 , minor violations of said sections, whenever the department of health and senior services believes that the public interest will be adequately served in the circumstances by a suitable written notice or warning.
