Text
Every person delivering milk, cream or ice cream to creameries, cheese factories, common carriers, or any person, persons, copartnership, association or corporation, in cans, bottles or other vessels, shall have such cans, bottles or other vessels free from deleterious substance, filth or rust, and in a wholesome condition for containing such milk, cream or ice cream.
