Text

1.All moneys received by the state milk board from the United States Department of Agriculture for contracted manufacturing dairy plant inspection or grading shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the "State Contracted Manufacturing Dairy Plant Inspection and Grading Fee Fund", which is hereby established, subject to appropriations by the general assembly.  Amounts appropriated to the fund shall be paid to the state milk board and used exclusively for the purpose of defraying the cost of the contracted manufacturing milk inspection and grading program.  All interest generated by the fund shall be credited to the fund.
2.Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080 to the contrary, any unexpended balance remaining in the fund shall not be transferred or placed to
