Text
The state milk board may contract with the United States Department of Agriculture regarding the inspection of manufacturing milk plants, the grading of product, or both. Fees paid to the board from the department for inspection or grading services are to be set forth by contractual agreement and paid according to the board's performance of the required inspections as stipulated by the Federal Register guidelines.
